no signal

when i hard reset my samsung GT-I5801 there is no signal
 
No signal or no service? A "hard" (AKA, "factory") reset only return it to the state it was in when it left the factory. If it was a carrier locked phone (on another carrier), you'll have signal but no service. If however, you truly have no signal, I'm afraid it sounds like a hardware problem.
