Help NO SIM OR SIM ERROR IN SLOT 2!!!!

Hello all,I am a new user in this forum and i am facing an issue with my phone ,my phone is the doogeee kissme which has two sim slots and runs on kitkat.The issue i am facing is, till some days back my phone was making calls withuot any problem,but few days back when i call someone it says NO SIM OR SIM ERROR IN SLOT 2.I have put only one sim in the phone and it worked fine but suddenly This problem has come up and i cant cal anyone.Your answers will be helpful!!!!
 
Hmm, I have this phone and it works all great. Have you contacted the shop ? Maybe is the problem with sim card ?
 
He says there is only one SIM in the phone.

I've never used a dual SIM phone, but are there any settings to control which SIM is used? Maybe something has been mis-set so that it's trying to use SIM2 for calling?
 
Thank you for your answers,The phone was making calls fine few days back.I am using mobile data using the Sim,so does this mean Sim is OK?I can make calls using viber but I can not make calls using Sim card.I checked Sim card management and only one Sim is showing there.
 
I found out the problem!I used true caller for calling and The sim card for outgoing calls is set as sim 2!when i changed it to sim 1 i can make calls!!!!Thank you all for your support!!!!:)
