No sound from Droid 4 speaker

There is no sound coming out of my external speaker on my Droid 4. When I plug in the headphones it works fine, and I am still able to hear phone calls, but no sound comes out of the back speaker. I've tried playing with the volumes and shutting the phone off, but nothing has worked.
