Help No sound in calls

This is nothing to do with the topic of this thread. It's probably better you start a thread of your own to ask your question. Please include as much information as possible about your problem, including what phone, network, whether it was working previously or like this since you got it, if a new problem anything that changed before it started, any other problems you have had with the phone. When talking about an audio problem, does the speaker work for playing music or ringtones, and does the mic work for recording voices (answers to those will confirm, as I suspect, that it's only a problem with calls). The more information you can give the quicker someone will be able to identify the cause.
