no sound on call only

[Android Question]

I have problem no sound on call on both ways.
but I have sound all other apps . I did factory reset but no change and I checked *#0*# there are working fine the speaker and the receiver.
Please need your support thank you.

You might have your sound turned down for calls only. Many android devices all you to adjust volumes for different activities independently.
For example in my phone:
Settings -> Sound -> Volume opens a menu that lets me independently adjust my volumes for Media, Ringtone, Notifications and System.
I think you may have your system volume turned off, try checking that menu (it may vary a bit with model to model but you should have a menu like that in your phone).

PS. for other AF contributors, not sure if it helps but that is a Sprint dial code so this person is on Sprint or one of the other companies that use it's network like Virgin Mobile.
