No sound on transferred videos...help me!!

I have some videos that my daughter sent to me of my grand daughter. I have transferred the videos to my droid, but they have no sound to them. I have tried everything I can think of to fix this. If anyone knows what the problem is, I would greatly appreciate it!

the audio is probably the wrong format. on your pc, download MediaInfo, then open the file in that. it will tell you what audio and video format it is in. Post that here and we'll try to help.
