Hi just a little back story on my situation. I have a Galaxy S3 I747 Att verion. Last weekend i tried to update it to the new kitkat OS through att on the update spot on the phone and some how locked up my phone where it wouldnt come off the att symbol. Well i ended downloading a stock firmware and loading it up and now i have zero sound and no mic sound input. At the moment i have a backup phone im using but want this phone back. Anyone ever have this problem?? I dont know what to do now. The phone was rooted before i tried to update the first time.
