no sound

my sumsung galaxy pocket wont produce sound I cannot hear music or hear a conversation between calls it does not ring only vibrates and even the alar doesn't give sound

Assuming you've checked in the software settings to make sure sounds are switched on and the volume up, have you tried turning the phone off and removing the battery for a few minutes? Someone else had an issue similar to this and doing this seemed to rectify this problem.

The other thing maybe is an app that sets a 'quiet time' that will stop any alarms or rings from going off. I had something similar on an app that wasn't coded particularly well.

Hi I am sorry that you are having problem with your Samsung Galaxy pocket. there are a couple thing you can try to get your sound back. first try turning o the phone off and back on again. If that does not solve your issue than we should check your sound and display setting. you do this by going into your apps and click on settings... once there, their will be an option for sound. there is an option to change the volumes of your phone and you can even set different volume levels for calls and alarms. If these do not solve your problem the I would suggest that you contact your carrier about fixing the speakers or to have a replacement device sent to you
