no sound

I have no sound on my phone i have a galaxy s2 i can hear them and they can hear me but no audio through my speaker or headphones
 
Hello and welcome to AndroidForums.com. It seems that your volume settings are not correct. Go to your sound settings within the settings page. Then check the different volume levels. One volume setting is for media which will affect the sound output for music and videos using the phone's speaker or connected headphones.
