No space on phone?

I recently reset my phone using odin after I had installed a custom ROM. When using odin I clicked on the official file and put it into PDA. The boxes ticked where nand erase all, auto reboot, and F. Reset time. Now my phone has been reset to the 4.1.2 jelly bean firmware but it says I have no space on my phone. I literally cannot install anything and when I go into storage settings it says total space is 0.00b, and that the 140 mb of already installed apps is all there is room for. I have disabled a lot of the apps but it says that I still only have 0.00b space. Please help?!?!

I would check to make sure you have erased all of your messages too.

You might want to perform a factory reset as well just to see if you can get the storage to show back up.
