i am a heart transplant recipient who has to keep in contact with my doctiors.my phone is not working.it has been charging all night but will not come on.there is a red light that is on at bottom right of phone but i am clueless of the problem,.....,S.O.S.

It's a pleasure to see you on here. I can relate to your condition - my sister had went through the same thing - and keeping contact with the family (via her phone) is of the highest importance.

Have you tried using another charger... You may have a good battery that just went bad and need to be replaced. Are you sure that the charger was fully connected to the usb port on the phone? Sometimes we might think it was connected but it wasn't. Also, remove the battery for a minute or two then reinsert it - plug in the charger and see if it charges.... If all fails...then you might wanna take in the phone for repairs or a replacement.
