Help No streaming available

I'm new to MX TV BOX: I'm using XMBC. Last week everything was fine and working. 2 days ago I had my modem replaced from AT&T uverse and now when I try to use my mx tv box to stream movies using VIOOX, 1 CHANNEL or any of the streaming icon, I get a message stating "no streaming available" or One or more items failed to play" the modem may or may not be the problem. (don't know) just want to know if anyone has experience this problem.

I'm not familiar with either of those services. Do you have URL's? Are they legit? I'm always looking for honest streaming solutions.
