No text in body of emails

This started happening on my S7 and continues on my S9. The header etc all shows but there is no text visible in the body of the email. Sometimes it appears for a nano second then disappears. I am suing the Samsung email app. I've read a few things but nothing that resolves the issue. Can anyone help in easy steps!!

Ditch the Samsung email app and try any other email app from the play store and see your results

Tried Outlook and they are ok. Pity as I like the look of the Samsung email, its not as 'in your face' as others!
