No texts from iPhone in office

I can't get iPhone texts in my office, which is underground. I get 4G and good response on Android texts, pandora, etc.

We have several wifi networks but am not on them, can't use personal devices on Corp wifi.

Once I get a mile or 2 from the office, the iPhone texts show up.

Any ideas? AT&T has tried to help, but no good results yet.

More info, I recently changed from Sprint to AT&T and s9 to s21, worked prior to switch.

I have also turned wifi off on my phone to see if that helped. As suggested elsewhere, I tried the Textra app still no iPhone texts.

Is it possible your cell signal isn't strong enough for data? So MMS (or wifi communications) aren't making it through but SMS are?

Thought of that, but I am not having other issues, I am using this forum with no issues, listening to pandora etc.
