Help No thumbnail for images

(1)I use htc one m8 by alps.
The internal storage is only 2gb.
I thought most htc carry minimum of 16gb
(2)the camera images just started to show me no thumbnail images. I need a help how to solve it.
I have use antivirus and gallery cleaner?

RAM - 2 GB

STORAGE - 32 GB

Do not use cleaners.

Main settings, Apps, All, Media storage - clear cache and data.

Reboot phone.

Wait 30 minutes.
