Help no vibe with stock messaging app

i had to get rid off the stock app on s3 because it would only give me 1 vibration when receiving a text message,and that was short and weak. switched to gosms. questions is did they fix the stock app so that the vibes work when receiving a text message.

Samsung would never fix their 'Stock App', just so that 3rd party apps can run with it. This is logical.
