I have had this problem for a while now. My phone will not vibrate when i get text messages. I have all the settings right and such ... only one program does my notifications and that's SMS Popup. I was sick of not having vibrate today so i did a hard reset. It fixed the problem for the first couple text messages however after about 20 minutes i noticed it wasnt vibrating again ... suggestions would be great! i ask desperately for your help.
