no wifi apps working

hi.
I have got a sanei n10, on which I have done a factory reset. Now, despite appearing to connect to my home wifi, it will not load any web pages, playstore, apps, - nothing.

Anyone help me please?

Hello, welcome to Android Forums, I'm rabidhunter and I'm here to help. This could be an issue with your home network. I had a problem with my router once where it would put out a wifi signal; however, it was not connected to the internet. Try connecting a computer using an ethernet cable in one of the additional ports of the wireless router. If the computer doesn't work that's definately a network issue.

Try resetting your modem and/or wireless router. If that doesn't work, try contacting your internet service provider.

hi.
i'm very grateful for you taking the time to reply.
My router is okay - i think, as i am using it right now with a PC running xp. Other hardware is working ok with my router, just my android tablet that is not, and it did used to!

help please!
