how can i use my andriod phone camrea on my laptop with wifi connection and without bluetooth connection

Without a wifi or bluetooth connection, your only other option will be to use your USB cable. Then you will need to find an app that allows such data to be transferred. As far as I know there is no Android device on the market that comes stock with an app that will do what you are asking. Google Play, Amazon, or another app market will be your best bet at finding such an app.
