No wps in Android pie.

I updated to Android pie and realised that there is no wps in Android pie.I used to use wps in Android oreo.I want to use wps.I use wps for my printer and other purposes.Can anyone help me with my issue.How I can use wps in my phone.

The devs may not have updated WPS Office to work with 9.x Pie yet. There are alternatives you could try like Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.

Wps has turned into a CheetahMobile hack.. tons of ads, phoning China, they want ppl to pay unreal subscription prices. It is NOT seemingly worth it when there's others that do same stuff just fine and without ads. I have and still use an older version of WPS from when they were still Kingsoft Office and had only rebranded the icon.. before they butchered everything. I'd link it here but am unsure if it'd be a problem since this doesn't have the add and subscription fees.. any thoughts @ Mods?

FWIW although I'm actually in China, I always use MS Office in preference to WPS. Mainly because of document compatibility, like PPT, as well as my security.

WPS push button method is hackable method and Google now a days more secure. So, google removed the WPS method. But, in earlier Android 4 WPS option will be for both master and client. After they removed the WPS master option for securty purpose.



If you want to add WPS option, You needs to do the configuration in BSP.
