Hi can anyone advise me on why a battery only charges up to a certain %. I've recently purchased a new Nokia 3 and the first two charges went up to 100% but now only charges up to 77%.

Possible reasons:

Battery fault.
Software glitch (refresh firmware)
Overcharging device
