Nokia 5 Android 7.1.2: BT keeps disabling

Every morning I have to go through a ritual of re-enabling BT on myNokia 5. Not only that, but often, when I try to connect my BT physical keyboard, it connects, then immediately disables BT! This can happen several times and is most annoying.

Anyone else seen this....any ideas?
