Help Nokia changes settings on it's own

There are two reasons why a phone might activate such modes on it's own:
1) You have an app installed that can change them, either on a schedule or in response to some event. In this case it's a matter of identifying the app that does this and changing its settings.
2) You put the phone in your pocket without turning the screen off and rubbing against your leg (or other body part) pulls down the notification slide and presses quick settings buttons. That can happen a lot more easily than it sounds. If you don't use a screen lock it's even easier.
