Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has experience using Nokia Here on Android?
Nokia Here seems to be a competitor to google maps and is now available on Android.
I've used it and would generally recommend it, the maps may not be quite as good as google maps in my opinion but the major benefit is that it is easy to save offline maps for when you don't have a connection.
The only problem with Nokia Here that I've found is that it can't import routes, files saved as .kml or .gpx. I've found an app called GPX viewer, this can read GPX or KML files and then overlays them on Google maps, the windows phone version of the GPX viewer overlays them on a Nokia Here map. I've emailed the developer of GPX viewer to ask if they can add this functionality but in the mean time I was wondering if anyone knew a work around?
Many thanks
George
