I was getting the com.android.phone prompt error, repeatedly and unable resolve the issue by reboot and the factory reset.
Then I took my phone to the Technician; he tried to reinstall the OS; later, he informed that some hardware error has occurred and now the OS cannot be installed.
Now I only get the Nokia insignia if I start the phone. And I do not get to the factory reset mode. It also gets stuck with a continuous display.
Please inform, if something can still be done.
