Non-connectivity with Apps

I recently rebooted my phone/restarted. When it turned on my andriod device (Galaxy S2) everything appeared to worked except my apps/widgets didn't connected/sync.
my solution:
settings > date and time > Automatic: use network-provided values (make sure this is checked.

no issues since. I hope this helps
