Non-iTunes file sync?

This has probably been asked before, but I can't find it.

So I have a folder of MP3s on my laptop, and the same MP3s on my Vibrant. If I want something that would sync the two -- delete from laptop and it delete from phone, add to laptop and it adds to phone, etc. -- what's the best app for that?

My lappy has Windows on it.

Well I have used DoubleTwist successfully for syncing music to and from my x10i. I'm using mixZing for music on the phone and DoubleTwist for music management.

frankbonatelli, thank you for the suggestion. However, I tried the app today and hated it. Too complicated, have to register, boneheaded UI.

Whomever codes the first stupid-simple Android file sync app is going to be a millionaire. This is one area where Android definitely sucks compared to iOS.
