Non-Market Apps

There doesnt seem to be much on here about them but im sure there are some great non-market apps out there.
For example the YouTube Downloader..

Hopefully people can share some other great non-market apps and point towards them..

I love TeleNav GPS. I couldn't find a GPS system that would actually TALK me through my route and I'm not going to be unsafe and keep looking at the phone nor do I trust anyone to tell me when to turn. I call it "SueSue" because it is in a female voice. It cost me $9.99 a month but it is DEAD on and will check traffic for me. If I decide to do something different it'll recalculate my trip and find alternative routes for me. I love it.
