NON market place apps !!? Help ?!

Hi All,

I have be given a Tablet to test - 7" running 2.1, problem is you cant download any apps from the Market place, any ideas what the best sites are outside of Market place to get some decent apps ?.

Some (but not thousands) apps can be downloaded from Code Google or Sourceforge.
