Has anyone looked into this? Claims to be $10 a year for a ton of paid apps, found a few I'd like to have but I'm worried about a scam or something fishy...wanted some feedback, if any!

A site that sells cracked downloads of paid apps and advertises principally through spam Market reviews? I think you're right to be worried about something fishy.

When I see spam posts in the market from any of those places I mark the comment as spam- just long press on that comment and select the spam option, and it will disappear.
