Are all phone cleaners fake? Obviously I don't trust Cheetah Mobile but is there anyone who makes good stuff that way? Have we just been brainwashed? If there is no such thing, how do we keep phones running great?

There is SD Maid in the play store that is awesome

Is that just for SD cards? Will it work on the phone itself? I hope it's free snd small!

It is for user space, so includes the emulated SD card (internal storage).

It's small, powerful, should be used with care (like any powerful tool). Don't recall whether free or not because I prefer to pay rather than suffer ads.

(Actually I rarely use it at all, but it's there if I ever feel the need).

Hmm most devices I've purchased has its own file cleaner pre-installed on them so I wouldn't know a lot about third party cleaners from the Play Store.
