LV.4 is broken at the moment, having location problems
This can be fixed by:
Using Root Explorer
And follow these directions
1. deleting GMS_Maps.apk, and PlusOne.apk from /system/app/
1a. Rebooting
2. Download Google Maps, and Google Plus from the play store.
2a. Go to /data/app/ and RENAME the apps to the SAME WAY it is listed in direction 1.
2b. MOVE them from /data/app to /system/app.(no need to fix permissions, they will not change when move from data to system)
3. Push PlusOne.apk and select VIEW
3a. Long press the lib folder, extract it, and go to extracted files. (In side are a bunch of .lib files that need to be moved to /system/lib/) so move them to /system/app and fix perrmisions for each one the same rw-r--r--.
(If you know how to remove the lib folder from the apk it self, do that also, it saves a lot of space) 3b. move all the lib files from /system/app/ to /system/lib/
3c. Reboot
4. If done correctly, you have now fixed the location issue, and updated maps and g+
I don't recommend everyone to try this for updating apps in my ROM, unless you can move and remove the lib's and folder from the apk's updated in /data/app/
If you just throw updates in /system/app without doing this you will notice a difference in space
