Nor getting emails right away

When you say e-mail ... exactly what are you using to send the e-mail and what are you using to receive it?

I'm using hotmail and the email I use is the one that came with the phone

It's hard to say without knowing your settings. Have you got it set up to "push" email for this account? IMAP or POP3?
I'm coming is pop3
This might be why they are so slow getting to you,I have my Hotmail setup as IMAP.
OK and when u have it set that way. When u go to delete an email does it delete from the server too
Yes,Or if I don't want it deleted.I just keep it in my inbox.
See I don't want my mails deleted from server. That's why I put it to pop.
I use imap push with my email but Maildroid gives me the option of whether I delete from device only or device + server. I expect other clients do too, but that was the easiest one for me to check. Don't know about the Samsung email client.
