not able to make calls on Huawei cell phone

I uninstalled my contact apps through Titanium backup and now I am not able to restore the contact app which I assume it is needed to make phone calls.

Not sure, but you might have to do a Factory Reset to get them back, what phone make and model do you have, and I will guide you in the proper section to better get help.
