Not able to set wallpaper

Hi All,

I am having Xperia M. I am trying to set wallpaper but not all photos in my phone/sd card is shown in the list.

I tried to set wallpaper by long press home screen-->wallpapers-->album

Most of the photos are not shown if i go through this path. But if i open album separately, i can see all the photos.

Also, if i try to share photos through whatsapp, I am getting the error "sharing faild, please try again later".

I am not able to correlate both issues. Kindly help.

This could be the gallery app... What I'd suggest trying first is getting a file manager.. The wallpaper you want to use may need to be tracked down, but sometimes the gallery app doesn't update.. I know I have quite a few downloaded images that just will not go into the gallery, even after google begs me to back it up online lol
