Help Not charging properly

The past week i have put my phone on charge and it charges all the way up im guessing during the night(i charge nightly) but when i wake up i only have about 70% battery. I tested my theory and once it hits 100% its like ive unplugged it. It will not keep it charged.

Has my battery gone bad or something with my phone?

Take it to the store. They might be able to give you a new battery if its still under manufacturer's warranty.
