Help not compatible for this version

i have a panasonic FZ A1 whit android 4.0.3 moost of the apps i want to use are giffing me not compatible for this version. for exemble i cant use the app weigh my truck from cat scale.
am i doing something rong.

It means exactly what it says - it's incompatible. For example, it might depend on functionality not supported by either your hardware or OS version. Another possibility (if your device is rooted) is that you have the screen DPI set to a non-standard value, thus causing either the app or Play Store to believe your tablet is not compatible.
