not connecting to the wifi

i have a sumsung s3 mini the carrier is digicel i am in the caribbean ...when am connecting to the wifi am getting authentication error occurred.
 
Are you sure you're using the correct password?

Is the password case sensitive?

Can you connect to other WiFi hotspots?
