i have a htc windows phone hd2 and it will not turn on at all what do i do i press and hold the button but it wont come on at all can some one please help me

Start by plugging it in overnight. Sometimes when a phone is COMPLETELY discharged, it can take a long time for the phone to respond to a charge.
If that doesn't work for you, I'm personally at a loss.
