I pre-ordered 2 weeks ago and one of the first things I did was download the Shop Samsung app and try to redeem my credit (100 for S20, 150 for s20+, and 200 for s20 ultra). So much to my surprise when it said, "not eligible"
I contacted Samsung chat and they said it was a technical issue they were currently working on, and it may take "a couple hours" to fix. This was at 9:45am EST.
So if you are like me and immediately tried to redeem this promo, don't worry!! It should be working soon.
