not making outgoing calla

Hello, i would like to know why i cant make outgoing calls before it stop working my phone would ask me where would i like to make the call via skype or to a phone a would click phone but just the one day i accidentally press skype and after that i cant make outgoing calls any more.

Go to
Menu settings applicationmanager
Scroll down to skype and press the clear defaults button
