So I go to the market, find this app, XE Currency converter which you see here: https://market.android.com/details?id=com.xe.android&feature=search_result
But turns out I can't install it on my phone because it's Not Rated?
I see other people reviewed it so installed it.
My rating filter has all the boxes checked and the little lock, locked.
I tried checking "Show all apps" but it won't save like that, it just saves with everything check, except that. (the lock won't lock).
So what am I doing wrong?
