I rooted my phone yesterday and haven't done anything except remove AT&T bloatware, install launcher pro, Titanium backup, and busy box. I haven't received any texts since yesterday but all calls and outgoing texts work fine. Is there any way to fix this or do I have to unroot?
Interestingly this happened to my brother's Cappy. Try taking out the SIM and popping it into another phone, then switching it back to your Cappy, this fixed the issue for him.
If you have the time, try stopping by an ATT store. My brother took his to the store, and they used one of the display phones to do this, initially just as a way of checking to see if his sim card was working properly. Do you have an old sim?
