i have a Samsung Galaxy Pro, and yesterday i kept getting notifications that my new text messages were not recieving? what does this mean? it tells me to delete items, i've deleted all my messages in my inbox, still hasn't worked

I haven't seen that message before. You might want to check with the other Galaxy Pro users in Samsung Galaxy Pro - Android Forums to see if that's a problem common to your model phone. Good Luck.
