I have a 2 week old samsung s3 on 3 mobile and today I have tried to make a phonecall and it has come up not registered to a network why is this and how can I fix it

I would try to restart the phone first. If that does not work we need more information. Is this only happening in one location (may be a tower issue) or is it everywhere? I would consider contacting your provider for more assistance.
