I would post a screen shot but I am a new member and can not. I have no idea what I could have done. So it can be done with out root. Now off to figure out how..

Yea I read your post earler ty. In your oost it was brought up that there is 2 issues, one being the pop up everytime you go into the market or any data intensive app. The second issue being the ongoing notification trying to get us to use wifi. I somehow "fixed" the second issue. Again ty for that post.

well that would be great if you (or anyone) could figure out how to remove that stupid ongoing notification about Wi-Fi being off. So annoying.
