It probably needs its own forum (a la HTC Grip), but what do you guys think about the other wearables that Huawei unveiled?

I'm kind of intrigued by the idea of a wearable fitness tracker that magically transforms into a Bluetooth headset. My big beef with traditional headsets is that I never have one handy when I need one (and I don't want to be the sort of tool who walks around town with a dormant headset planted in his ear), so this looks like a great way to keep one handy.

That's how I read it. Really, it seems like it take two things that I'm kind of ho-hum about and combines them to make something that could very well be indispensable.*

* though probably not for me - I try very hard to avoid actually talking on my phone!

I'm looking at the one on the right. Seems slot A would not accommodate Piece B.

Slot B is bigger on the inside?

Or I'm picturing some mechanism that allows the earpiece to fold down inside the rest of it. Not sure exactly how that would work.

Cheap rubbery thing you probably jam into the cavity at the top and probably acts as a shock absorber so it doesn't wobble when in the wristband.
