Help Note 3, Lollipop, Dialer Favorites

Hi,

Have a galaxy note 3 that just got upgraded to lollipop (at&t). I've always been able to click a favorite in the dialer and it opens their contact info. Now it automatically calls the default number (used to have to swipe right to call or left to sms). This is annoying. I want to be able to select the number to call. Anyone know how to put it back to the old way?

looks like clearing the default phone number will at least prompt a choice. It was still better the old way where you had the best of both and could sms from the favorites screen.
