Note 4 Adds Every Caller To Contacts. How Do I stop This?

As stated, every new caller, including solicitors, etc, gets added to the contacts. I had to delete 348 "contacts" this afternoon. I've looked and looked and can't even figure it out on a Google search how to disable this function. Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi, I'm not sure if this is any help but if you go into "Settings" scroll down to "Google", touch "Google Account" , touch "Menu" at the bottom right of the screen and select "People and sharing", you will see box labelled "Contact info saved from contacts", see if it is switched on, try turning it off. Phil

You might also want to try selecting this 'I'll add contacts myself' option in your Google account Settings -- log into your Gmail account
