Help Note 4 and S3 CANNOT post videos to instagram.

I've tried it on my brand new note 4 and it says upload failed every time, I get to about half way of loading. I had the same issue with my old s3, is this an android or a Samsung issue? I tried with my brother's LG and it works fine. I've tried uploading different video on different video qualities and nothing, nothing works. Please help.

Did you use the native Instagram app or your browser? If you used the app, you might try going into Settings/Apps/Instagram and clearing data.

I'm sorry to hear that. As a last resort when my G+ app (as restored from Titanium Backup) wouldn't connect even after clearing data, I uninstalled it and downloaded it fresh from the Play Store. Wiping an app's data is supposed to have the same effect, but it didn't in this case. Perhaps a fresh install would work. Aside from that, I don't know what else to suggest. Sorry.
